刘超,中国人民大学管理学博士。目前已在《International Journal of Human Resource Management》、《Asia Pacific Journal of Management》、《Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology》及《南开管理评论》、《心理学报》、《管理科学学报》等国内外权威期刊发表论文30多篇,近10篇论文曾被人大复印报刊资料全文转载。论文多次被美国管理学年会(AOM)、欧洲管理学年会(EURAM)中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)等国际国内会议录用,其中AI相关论文获EURAM OB分会最佳论文提名。联合出版《协同共生论》及《未来教育对话》等。

Liu Chao holds a Ph.D. in Management from Renmin University of China. He has published over 30 papers in leading international and domestic journals, including International Journal of Human Resource Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Nankai Business Review, Acta Psychologica Sinica, and Journal of Management Sciences in China. Nearly 10 of his papers have been reprinted in full in the information center for social science of RUC. His work has been frequently presented at premier conferences such as the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting, the European Academy of Management (EURAM) Annual Conference, and the International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR) Conference. Notably, his AI-related paper was shortlisted for the Best Paper Award in the Organizational Behavior Division of EURAM. He is also a co-author of books including Synergetic and Symbiosis and Dialogues on Future Education.
