In terms of enrollment, he stressed the need for early planning, proactive outreach, and the attraction of high-quality students. He advocated for the active maintenance of relationships with high-quality student sources and the establishment of long-term cooperative partnerships. Regarding education, he called for continuous effort, emphasizing the role of the freshman mentor system and the importance of professional and graduation internships. He urged a focus on employment, strengthening professional characteristics, and constantly improving the quality and effectiveness of education to cultivate more competitive and high-quality talents who can better adapt to the needs of societal development. For employment, he advocated for proactive measures, establishing long-term communication mechanisms with employers, and promptly understanding the needs and feedback of both employers and graduates. He called for mobilizing all positive factors to promote employment and achieve high-quality and full employment for graduates.
Fu Shi Lun, Secretary of the Party Committee, pointed out in his concluding remarks that under the broader context of the school's high-quality development, enhancing the quality of student sources, improving employment levels, and cultivating talents that meet the needs of Beijing's economic and social development are key tasks for the college. Facing a complex and changing external environment, an increasing tendency among graduates to seek stability, and the sustained popularity of postgraduate, public service, and institutional examinations, which contribute to the rise in delayed employment, he proposed the following specific work requirements: First, to meet student demands with determination and help students solve real difficulties; Second, to carry out enrollment and employment work with a high sense of responsibility and mission, effectively leveraging the synergistic educational functions of enrollment and employment; Third, to maintain a persistent attitude towards enrollment and employment work, bringing together the strength of all college teachers to enhance the college's enrollment and employment standards.
Through this meeting, the college clarified its goals for future enrollment and employment work, laying a solid foundation for promoting the college's enrollment and employment efforts to new heights.
