On July 11th, Zhang Chunping, Director of the Alumni Association Office and Secretary-General of the Education Foundation, Fu Shi Lun, Party Committee Secretary of the Business School, and He Yu Run, Dean of the Business School, led a delegation to Ningbo Bank Beijing Branch for research and discussions on party building, industry-education integration, talent cultivation, and alumni association construction. Chang Xinxin, Party Committee Member and Deputy Branch President, expressed his pleasure in serving as a distinguished lecturer for the MBA program at the Business School and participating in alumni association construction after retirement. Fu Shi Lun, Party Committee Secretary of the Business School, introduced the school's vision, mission, development history, and advantages with the theme "Upholding Principles and Innovation for High-Quality Party Building to Lead the Development of Careers." He showcased the school's commitment to a holistic education model for cultivating top-tier business talents and its "Three Foundations, Three Innovations, and Two Integrations" party building system. He expressed hope for joint efforts with Ningbo Bank to deepen exchanges and cooperation in areas such as internships, employment, talent cultivation, party building exchanges, and digital empowerment of business talent cultivation. He advocated for a "party building + university-enterprise cooperation" model to promote the entire chain of recruitment, training, and employment, exploring and advancing talent cultivation mechanisms and university-enterprise cooperation models for resource sharing, mutual collaboration, mutual benefit, and joint development.

He Yu Run, Dean of the Business School, stated that the school will solidly advance the digital transformation of business disciplines, strengthen international cooperation and certification, and promote the internationalization of academia and education, actively serving the construction of "four centers," "two zones," and "three platforms."
